Doug started in Rangers at 9 years old . He earned his GMA in 1984 and am a Licensed Minister with the A/G . Doug has served in a variety of ?leadership position in the District before becoming District Director in 2006 . He has served in lots of positions in the church from Ranger Leader to Church Board Member to interim Youth Pastor to interim Children?s Pastor . He is married to Karen and have a son Seth and a daughter Brooke .Doug can honestly say that God gave me the perfect wife for the job that I have . She supports me in everything I do for Rangers and knows how much impact our District?s Team is having on the boys and young men in our District .
