Matt first stepped in a Royal Ranger outpost in 1987 as a Straight arrow; today he is the Discovery Ranger Outpost Commander in that same outpost located in sunny Clearwater, FL. From 1987 to 1999 Matt was a faithful royal ranger who had many leadership roles, along with those leadership roles he also attended and completed JLTC and AJTC. In 1996 Matt was inducted into the FCF, today he is a wilderness member.? Matt completed LTC in 1999, since then he has continued his leadership training by attending NTC, ANTC, and WCO. After completing those training camps he went on to become a certified Instructor and a committed staff member of the Camp Wilderness Junior Training Academy. Matt is currently serving as a Sectional FCF Rep; A Divisional Missions Coordinator, as well as the SE Region Webmaster. Matt Loves Royal Rangers with a passion and lives by it daily. Matt has been married to his wife who fully supports him since 2007; they have a son that was born in 2008. He?s a Royal Ranger in the Making.
