Johnnie Barnes Excellence Initiative Seminar (JBEI) will challenge leaders who hold or hope to hold positions of service on the district, regional or national levels to embrace new leadership behaviors and attitudes as they learn how to continually improve upon past performance using techniques that will lead to greater influence and effectiveness.

JBEI is a requirement for the Platinum Leader Level of the Organizational leader advancement levels.
